This Privacy Policy explains how ("Gold Gate," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit or any page we operate, submit a form, apply for funding, purchase a program or service, or communicate with us. This policy covers all Gold Gate divisions, including Gold Gate Acquisition (client acquisition), Gold Gate Capital (business funding) and Gold Gate Academy (training programs).

Funding providers, only when you ask us to help you obtain funding, so they can review your application.
Delivery and program partners who fulfill a service or program you purchased, such as administering commissions or onboarding clients.

A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or HELP for help. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

These Terms govern your use of and any services, programs or products you obtain from ("Gold Gate," "we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. Separate written agreements for specific services control where they conflict with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

2. Client acquisition services (Gold Gate Acquisition)

Marketing and client acquisition services are provided under a separate service agreement that sets out scope, fees and terms. Results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments or sales unless stated in writing in that agreement.

3. Business funding (Gold Gate Capital)

Gold Gate is technically not a lender and does not make credit decisions, but we do have direct access to financiers in our network. We help businesses find funding by connecting them with who they need, not who we want them to work with.
Approval, amounts, rates, fees and terms are set solely by the provider. We do not guarantee approval or any terms.
Some products, such as merchant cash advances, are purchases of future receivables and are not loans. Read every provider agreement carefully and consult your own advisors.
We may receive compensation from funding providers when a business is funded.

4. Training programs and digital products (Gold Gate Academy)

Programs are educational and coaching products. Access is for one person and is non-transferable. Sharing logins or redistributing materials is prohibited.
Program prices are one-time unless stated otherwise at checkout. Live sessions included with a program run for the period described on its sales page. Optional continuations, 1:1 coaching tiers and done-with-you services are separate purchases. Order bumps and upsells offered at checkout are optional and separately priced.

Selling products to businesses requires a separate written commission agreement with our delivery partner, signed before any outreach. Commission terms are governed by that agreement. We do not guarantee any commission will be earned. There is no commission for recruiting other students.
Students must sell honestly, describe only real product features and follow all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and do-not-call rules. No spam, robocalls or unsolicited texts. Violations may result in removal without refund.
Live calls may be recorded and shared with current members.

5. No income guarantee; no professional advice

6. Intellectual property

All site and program content belongs to or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own learning and business. You may not resell, republish or teach them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of .
